All oral presenters who will participate in GPVC 2021 virtually will give a speech through the virtual meeting platform (Zoom) in real time.
We will have a rehearsal with you for technical check in mid-June. We will contact you again to schedule your rehearsal.

Your presentation will be live streamed at GPVC 2021 virtual webpage and your e-mail address will be offered to the participants for more active communication.

Poster Image File Specification: ratio 3:4 (with:height) / Max 1,200 (width) pixel
File Format: Image file (JPG, JEPG, PNG)
File Size: Max. 5MB
② Poster file for Printing
Poster Printing Service will be provided for Overseas Participants who cannot attend the conference physically.
Payment for Printing Service: It could be paid through ‘My Page’ when you register.
Poster size should be in 90cm (width) x 150cm (height).
Printed poster file format: PDF
File Size: 30Mbytes
