* When payments are made by bank transfer, the name of the person making the payment (name on bank transfer) must match the name of the registered attendee to the conference. Failure to this request lead to errors regarding the attendee list.

Cancellation and Refunds
- In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent directly to
- Refund will be made after the conference period.
- Refund will be made to the credit card which payment is made by.
- A processing fee shall be charged for all refunds.
- After February 14th, refund will not be acceptable.
The On-line Registration will be opened in December, 2018
